Volunteer opportunities include helping with our pop-up coffee stands, attending social events and participating in our online community programming. Most importantly, volunteers are involved in creating a space of connection and belonging for all.
B3 Coffee adheres to a “no hierarchy” model between people with and without disabilities, meaning that people with disabilities hold leadership roles in all aspects of the organization. We believe in doing with, not for the disability community in our efforts to empower historically marginalized voices. All volunteers involved in B3 are referred to as "team members."
